Aldoria and Integrasys join forces to deliver space surveillance solutions to the Luxembourg Ministry of Defence
MoU signature
Luxembourg, 26 February 2026 — Aldoria, a French company specialising in Space Situational Awareness (SSA), and Integrasys, a Luxembourg-based expert in satellite tracking systems, announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the GovSatCom 2026 Conference. This partnership aims to jointly develop end-to-end solutions for space safety and surveillance.
As constellation launches accelerate and orbital congestion continues to grow, Luxembourg has made Space Domain Awareness (SDA) a strategic priority, in line with its NATO commitments and a four-year defence investment plan worth €5.5 billion.
Against this backdrop, Aldoria and Integrasys are combining their complementary expertise — optical sensing and multi-source SSA data management for Aldoria, radio frequency systems and monitoring software for Integrasys — to address the operational needs of the Luxembourg Ministry of Defence.
At the heart of this cooperation is the development of a Launch and Early Orbit Phase (LEOP) tracking service. This is a critical window during which a newly launched satellite has not yet been catalogued, posing both a risk to its operator and a potential hazard to other objects in orbit.
By combining their optical and radio frequency monitoring capabilities, the two companies aim to detect, track and maintain custody of new space objects from the moment of separation, generating ephemeris data in near real time to support a more accurate understanding of the orbital environment.
“This partnership with Integrasys marks an important milestone for Aldoria in the development of dual-use SSA solutions serving both civil and military customers. By combining our ground-based surveillance station network with Integrasys’s RF systems and software, we are now able to offer a comprehensive and innovative response to the Luxembourg authorities,” said Romain Lucken, CEO of ALDORIA.
Alvaro Sanchez, CEO of Integrasys, added: “This collaboration with Aldoria allows us to merge our radio frequency expertise with advanced optical data, creating a unique and robust solution for the Luxembourg Ministry of Defence. Our goal is to ensure that satellite operators have the highest level of situational awareness, particularly during the complex LEOP phase, where precision and speed are essential for space safety.”
Aldoria collects, processes and exploits data related to space situational awareness in order to protect strategic assets in orbit. By actively monitoring space debris and satellites, Aldoria helps its institutional, military and commercial customers avoid threats and adjust orbital trajectories.
Integrasys is a privately owned software and engineering company that specializes in providing satellite spectrum monitoring systems and network design tools for the satellite industry. With a strong focus on innovation, the company delivers high-performance solutions to help satellite operators, service providers, and government agencies optimize their network performance and ensure reliable communications.
