Stage sur les stratégies d’observation optique
Paris

Mission

La surveillance spatiale par l’observation optique s’est fortement développée au cours de ces dernières années notamment grâce à des stratégies innovantes de veille de l’orbite basse. L’objectif de ce stage est d’évaluer les performances des stratégies de veille et de proposer des axes d’amélioration dans le but de construire et maintenir un catalogue d’objets spatiaux avec une précision suffisante pour assurer la sécurité des opérations spatiales.

Le/la candidat.e réalisera un état de l’art des stratégies de veille optique puis s’appropriera les outils de simulation de réseau, ainsi que la librairie de mécanique spatiale sur laquelle reposent les algorithmes de catalogage (propagation d’orbite, détermination d’orbite, détermination d’orbite initiale). A l’issue d’une phase d’évaluation des performances des stratégies d’observation, le/la candidat.e fera des propositions d’amélioration des stratégies. Après validation, certaines pourraient être déployées opérationnellement.

Des stratégies d’acquisition inspirée par la littérature scientifique et réalisées par des algorithmes de mécanique céleste pourront également être testées, d’abord avec des données synthétiques, puis au moyen d’une station d’observation de R&D.

L’objectif est de pousser les performances de la veille optique pour la construction et la maintenance d’un catalogue précis en autonomie. Le/la candidate sera intégrée dans l’équipe Science & Innovation d’Aldoria à Paris, aux côtés d’ingénieurs et docteurs travaillant sur l’ensemble de la chaîne de valeur de la SSA.

 

Expériences requises

Project officer (Internship)
Paris

The role  

As a Project Officer Intern, you will support the Program Director in the day-to-day management of Space Situational Awareness (SSA) projects and contracts. You will contribute to the coordination, monitoring, and reporting of program activities involving technical, operational, and institutional stakeholders. 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Supporting project planning, scheduling, and follow-up of activities across multiple work packages 
  • Developing, maintaining, and improving project management tools (planning dashboards, action trackers, risk registers, milestones tracking) 
  • Contributing to program reporting activities, including periodic progress reports, KPIs, and management presentations 
  • Collecting, structuring, and consolidating inputs from technical teams, commercial teams and external partners 
  • Monitoring deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies, and supporting corrective actions when required 
  • Participating in continuous improvement of reporting processes and project governance practices 

This internship provides exposure to real operational SSA programs and offers a strong understanding of how complex space projects are managed in an international environment. 

Skills & Experience  

Required or expected skills: 

  • Background in engineering, space studies, project management, systems engineering, or a related field 
  • Strong interest in the space sector, particularly Space Situational Awareness and space safety 
  • Good understanding of project management principles (planning, risks, milestones, deliverables) 
  • Ability to work with reporting and project management tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Confluence, Jira, MS Project, or similar) 
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail 
  • Ability to structure complex information clearly and concisely 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French 

Additional assets: 

  • Knowledge of Institutional projects environments (e.g. European Defense Fund , ESA) 
  • Previous experience in project coordination or reporting activities

SALES MANAGER Middle East and Asia

As a Sales Manager within ALDORIA, you will work in developing and enlarging sales commercial pipelines. You will work with the entire team to understand your customer needs and get back to the product manager to make sure our R&D road map is answering market demand and needs.

 

Your role

 

You will be the Sales manager and business representative for the Middle East and Asia. From strategy to execution, you will have real freedom of action to develop sales, structure local partnerships and grow the brand in these markets.

 

 

Your missions

 

  • Defining and deploying the commercial strategy in the Middle East & Asia areas,
  • Identify, test and develop new growth drivers (customers, distributors, partners),
  • Negotiate and close high-stakes deals,
  • Being in the field: customer meetings, attending conferences on SSA,
  • Ensure CRM update to enable Management reporting and regular monitoring,
  • Provide market insights (competition, uses, customer expectations).

 

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • 5 years minimum experience in export sales / international business development,
  • Real exposure to the Middle East and/or Asian markets,
